Ten Hills Apartments

I had a lovely experience living here at the ten hills apartment complex. The maintenance team and the landlord and leasing office are all very responsive and great with meeting your needs. It’s a nice safe neighborhood also. The space is great too. The only problems I encountered I would say are the creaky floors, and I’ve found a few mice while living there. Also, the laundry rooms didn’t work while I was there, so that was a bummer.

Have known about 3 or 4 people who have lived here within the last 5 years. Seems to be a decent place to live - also with decent rents . I haven't heard any complaints from any of the people that I know. It always seems to be peaceful when I am going thru there. Funny thing is I remember playing up on the hill back when I was little guy

Thin walls. You can hear everything with your neighbors.Secluded area. Definitely in the cut lol. 3 years wasn’t that bad. My very first home/studio apt. You get what you pay for. Stink bugs, rodents,roaches. Exterminator come out every month. Leasing office staff change like you change your underwear. Can be very unprofessional at times but at the end of the day. It’s business. Just be careful an choose your decision wisely

Not to bad of a place, there kinda old and the walls and floors are thin.. feels like the floors wants to cave it, no rodents thank the lord, water bills was a big surprise 50.00 to 150. for water that i don't use much of, but i love the space, over all not to bad!

Nice size but the noise and theives are not worth it. The walls are so thin, you can hear EVERYTHING and management does NOTHING to enforce their own noise rules. Packages are stolen minutes after delivery. Kids cursing, drugs and needles on the playground. Look elsewhere. It's not worth the headaches.
