Don’t apply to their properties. O stars because they use Bemrose consulting to screen applicants. I have never been denied an apartment and if anything I’m asked for a co-signer or additional security deposit. They are making money for the consulting company and that really sucks. I was denied for the stuff on my credit report and my credit score which differs from what I paid to see from both TransUnion and TransUnion fico score. You need immaculate credit to apply for this property management properties. So don’t apply and waste your money. I would say 650 plus to be sure because they will come back with a different score than you would have. They will take electricity from you without paying for it. They will overcharge you for water, sewer, and garbage. When you confront them they will lie about being adjusted by the Portland Water Bureau. They will fail to refund your deposit, or give a reason why they are keeping it. I have been waiting almost 3 months for resolution to their incompetence, and they continue to send me to someone who cannot communicate properly. The manager is never on the property, and is unable to properly address issues that happen on the property.

Lived in these apartments for 3 years, and never have I ever had a worse living experience. When we moved in there was a large stain on the living room carpet we were told would be cleaned. It never was, and they charged us for it when we moved out. They accused us of having pets without permission, which we did not. Similar situations involving bathroom grout and a dishwasher that was never properly mounted and would fall forward towards us if we weren't careful. Closest thing to slumlords I've ever dealt with.

Tempo West is in a great neighborhood for raising kids. The manager Brent is very nice and helpful. He responds to maintenance issues in a timely manner. The floor plans are huge. I would highly recommend!

I've been living here for a few months now and think it's great here. The management has always been so nice and responsive. I see the maintenance team here frequently and I know it's because they're providing improvements to the buildings and the grounds. The complex is clean and my neighbors have been nothing but pleasant. I'm really happy I found this place.
