If you submit an application and pay the application fee they automatically take $500 out of your account just as a holding fee. This payment is supposedly “non-refundable”. This is deceivingly hidden within the agreement on the page when paying for the application fee which doesn’t mention paying for the holding fee at all. If you call and request your money to be refunded, they will be incredibly disrespectful and will point you towards the corporate office and refuse to help. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to renting apartments and I’ve been doing so for over 10 years. am really enjoying the monthly activities that “G” has been putting together for our building! She is amazing and super creative! The activities are fun and have brought so many of the residents together! There is a real sense of community in our building and she even spotlights a pet of the month. She is warm, friendly and goes above and beyond for the residents here. The entire staff here are all wonderful and helpful!"

I think the Tempo is amazing. The staff are all kind and knowledgeable. The location is perfect. From the fun amenities, to my awesome neighbors, the Tempo is by far the best I've rented in the 8 years I've lived in town. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TEMPO! OH YEAH NOT TO MENTION THE GIFT CARD FOR MY REVIEW. YEAH BUDDY.

Management has been helpful whenever I have needed them, neighbors are mostly respectful and relatively quiet, common areas are always clean and building is well kept. Apart from the garage door being broken about 75% of the time since moving in, no other issues at all. Highly recommended!

I have absolutely loved living here. I actually just re-signed a lease. The community is well managed and maintained. I always feel safe and get great value from my home. The entire team is quick to respond for concerns and inquiries. They even have peloton bikes, a doggy washing station as secure bike garage And a lovely clubhouse.
