Tempo Cambridge Apartments

I’ve lived at Tempo for the last 6 years and have really enjoyed it. The commute to work is easy, getting into the city is convenient, and rent is reasonable for the area and compared to other apartment complexes nearby. I especially want to highlight Sofia for helping me through the process of transferring into a bigger unit. She was consistently responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. I truly feel like she went above and beyond to make the move work for my family, and I’m really grateful. We needed the extra space, and now it’s one less thing I have to worry about, which has made a huge difference for us. Overall, I’m happy here and really appreciate the support from the team over the years.

I am moving out after 14 months of living in a studio here. I would've given 3 stars due to pretty bad initial experiences with move-in, parking troubles, issues with my unit, etc. But God bless Sofia, ever since she joined she has made this place 100x better and almost all my issues have been rapidly resolved. The renewals are also pretty reasonable, and with the current staff this place is really nice if you can afford it. One recommendation would be to live in building 1 instead of 2, as the gym and most amenities are in the former.

I love my apartment! Everything is clean, quiet, and modern. The gym, bowling alley and work from home spaces are awesome! I can’t wait to use the pool this summer. And I don’t have to shovel! Thank you!

Everything is Horrible You should look for other apartments with the same pricing . Basically everything sucks. Smells like marijuana so definitely not for family. While cooking, the emergency alarm starts working even the ventilation is working properly. This is very annoying . Service, public transportation, parking lot device, everything sucks. The leasing price increased while homepage didn’t work correctly and they knew this problem has been happening to multiple applicants, but they never fix the issue. They are here to scam you. Ah yes , I don’t need your templated response without any explanation.

I have been here for two years, and since the new management took over, I have noticed a difference. The garage is always broken, which means people can come inside. The same applies to the garage door, which provides direct access to the apartment units. Fees are high but the basics that come with similar apartments like a coffee station aren't available and maintenance is a headache
