Temple Resev

I lived with TempleResev for a year while going to Temple. Generally speaking, the apartments are well maintained. Had a few hiccups along the way however that were uncalled for... If you are considering living here, please read this in full to avoid the issues I had. I exceeded the review word limit and thus am uploading the review as a screen shot of the text (hopefully it works). Overall, the apartment itself was very nice. However, management did not do their job properly and they have a lack of professionalism. Issues: 1. Rented a parking space with them. They never updated the list of cars with the tow company so mine got towed from the spot I paid for because the tag (which was made of paper) fell off my rear view mirror. I had the worst experience with the manager Kelly during my stay. She was very unaccommodating and unprofessional throughout and I’m glad to leave. Try to talk to anyone else or escalate to upper management if possible. Good luck to anyone who deals with her.

Awful company. Poor communication between tenants and lease holders, ridicules rules (must register an overnight guest..) or face possible eviction, does not clean apartments well for new cycle of tenants
