Temple Hill Apartments

I was excited to live when I got the calls but during interviews process of rules . I remember the lady saying If I didn’t ask for permission to invite family members over and they I would be immediately removed from the premises. I have alot family members that checked in on me. Fact this is low income apartments but it not free. U are paying rent to live here including Utilities. Excuse me. ☝️. I told the interviewer she can keep the apartment and pass on to some one. This is not apartment that is penitentiary.

These apartments are nice but,if have kids or in program there they treat u very unprofessional and use right against u, I saw whole single mother get stab at playground and jump and complex kick poor single mom of three couldn't believe the people everyone in business manager is very unprofessional her month is very disturbing and maintenance are very noisy and very unpleasant come into apartment no notice don't support people with disability . Also if the power goes out elderly people are sufferng no vaporators only the buildings have it if the owner owns the buildings they like to mess a lot with single moms. If you have children do not move here. Is Harley any parking They will tow your car with no notice, also the playground is in the back by the dumpster in the summer all you smell

Walls are thin, neighbors complain about you even washing your dishes. Feels more like a maximum security penitentiary not an apartment complex the long list of do’ and donts is endless. It almost feels like your a child still living at home not a place to move if you like to have visitors or family over. My mother, nieces and nephews lived in Florida and if she wanted to come stay a week or two with me I have to ask permission for the apartment I pay rent in and the permission can be denied meaning my mother can’t visit. If your asking should you move here the answer is NOOOOOOOOO RUN DON’T WALK. as far as I know a lease is a 12 month binding agreement that when you sign says for 12 months that’s the amount of rent you will be paying for those 12 months here they raise your rent every six

Lovely spacious apartments, but not soundproof at all. You can literally hear almost everything happening in someone's apartment. Even walking in the hall you can hear someone's phone conversation by passing their door. It's usually quiet throughout the day and night. Now there are people who sit outside all day or mostly after 3 and they are blocking where we go to throw out the trash because thats where they put their chairs to sit. So every time you go to throw something away you have to have an audience? It is income based apartments, with people on gov't assistance. But if you allow people to rent who don't understand how to follow rules, it will turn into a typical projects. My only real issue is the type of people living in the complex. Omg !! Thank God I’m out of these apartments. I stayed there 2 years and even though the apartments are reasonable in size. The rent goes up every 6 months to make it hard to manage or kee on a straight budget. The walls are so thin you hear everything. If you have small children these are not the apartments for you. Especially if you live underneath someone that is inconsiderate of there noise making while doing grown people actions. The many compliants I reported nothing seem to work. If you want a good night sleep forget it there was times neighbors was so loud I didn’t go to sleep for a week straight. And I work in the health care long hours and early morning especially during covid. Yes the apartments are clean but a lot of people don’t follow the smoking rule even though they try to
