Telluride Apartments

When Tablerock took over ownership/management they turned Telluride around. The maintenance team is amazing. The front office staff is patient, efficient, kind and willing to listen to concerns and addresses them in a timely manner. Pool is so nice to have and my grandsons loved the playground. Would recommend Telluride but would recommend any housing offered through Tablerock. Fair company. Fair in move out with deposit. Great experience.

I love my Apt. I love that it's open floor I love the big walk in pantry and I especially love my bathroom with the walk in closet. Truly blessed to live at Telluride apartment on emerald and Maple Grove

Was very promising when I first moved in, but little did I know what I was getting myself into. No where to park despite having “parking passes”, their solution to this is park across the street in the business parking lot. Walls are super thin, neighbors are loud and the trash is always overflowing. Never got a key fob for access to the pool/gym so was not able to enjoy those amenities. Poor communication with management regarding the move out process.

The buildings are brand new and lovely. The location is awesome. However, we have had problems with our heater and a/c since the day we moved in. I don't even know the amount of times we've had to have someone come fix our unit. Also our water pressure is awful and have really hard water. It's potable, but we've decided to buy a water filter because we hate the way it tastes, even with a Britta filter. There is very little parking and sometimes have to park across the street. Because of the lack of parking, people double park all the time, and makes it difficult to drive around sometimes, especially at night. The staff is lovely though. April is super helpful and kind. Review for Maintenance - EZ. He also takes care of the Carlsbad Crossing complex. He is a top-notch worker. Very responsive and communicative. If he can't address something right away, he lets us know along with an ETA. He's friendly, respectful of our property, and just an incredible all-around resource. 4Degrees is lucky to have him on staff and I hope he's well taken care of for the quality of service he provides.
