Techridge Office Park

I would like to give this office complete zero stars. The management over the last year has been terrible. There are multiple issues with the air conditioner being broken and causing our office (which we don't have access to a thermostat) to be 82 degrees during the day in summer months- with zero air flow and no windows to open. There has been an ongoing issue with the bathrooms in our building and now there is raw sewage on the sidewalk in front of the entrance. People are walking through it, not knowing that it's actual feces, and then walking into the building. Transients come and go throughout the building and it's common to walk into the bathroom to find someone has defecated on the floor or wiped in on the walls. This place is disgusting and I would never ever rent here again.

Country financial is in this building. Went in to get update on life insurance. Building was nice and clean
