Team Title, LLC

We closed on our house August of 2022 and really enjoyed working with Rachal and Andre. They made the closing process as easy as possible during what felt like such a stressful time as we were moving from out of state. They helped us figure out how to incorporate some extra issues our home sale included without any trouble. So grateful to have worked with Team Title!

I do NOT recommend Team Title, LLC. We were notified, through a 3rd party, that we were closing on our home the next day. After notifying our real estate agent, who also didn't know, Team Title scheduled the closing in a town 40 minutes away rather then closer and more convenient for all parties who were within 10 minutes of one another. When the appointment was finally set, nearby for all parties involved, Team Title didn't even send a representative. They allowed the 3rd party, same as above, to contact a local attorney who could come to the location, and notarize documents, but yet, sent NO ONE to explain the documents. The person who ended up coordinating the closing for us, ended up explaining all documents to buyers, sellers, and agents. (Lucky for us she is in the profession) I am

I've had experience with many title companies and by far this one was far superior. They kept me and my real estate agent in the loop the entire time. Couldnt ask for a more flawless experience.
