Rick and Pam Tinkham have been absolutely amazing! They have helped me so much through a couple home purchases and sales. I have always found them to be very upfront and honest and I absolutely trust them. Long after the sale was done Rick and Pam continue to support me in anyway they can. When I moved to Florida, I left my house in Rick and Pam’s hands and they totally took care of every detail, even dealing with septic tank repairs, and various inspections.
