Bob helped my husband and I purchase our first home recently. Our experience working with him was a 10/10! He was always very responsive and made the whole process a lot easier. As first time home buyers we were not familiar with the process and Bob guided us the whole way through! He was truly the best!

Pheobe is a very personable and knowledgeable realtor. She's very detail oriented and creative in helping us visualize the space. For example, we have a concert grand piano. Pheobe made a "piano bag" which contained a 2-dimensional, wrapping paper model which we could lay on the floor and see whether the room was large enough for our piano. How fun and brilliant is that! I highly recommend Phoebe Lail-Chambers. You can't go wrong with her as your realtor.

Bob! What can we say, he was there with everything we needed. Every house we thought we wanted to look at he indulged! We were in and out of town our first trip and he made ot wonderful. No pressure, no drive to push us one way or another. I can say he was and is a great guy! We will be using him and their team for the long haul. He's about the personal relationship not the sale.
