I contacted Christine as I saw she had a property listed in a cute, 1950’s neighborhood of Lakeland and I was in town for one day, looking at other real estate. I texted her and she was gracious enough to send out one of her associates to show me the property. The guy she sent was super nice & professional and took the time to show me. I put in an offer directly with Christine a few hours later and that’s when things take a turn. The agent that had met me randomly calls me out of the blue, not having had any conversation with Christine and starts asking me questions about weather I plan to make an offer or not. Amazing realtor. John is very knowledgeable of the areas in Lakeland, being able to point us to the right direction on our search (as we weren't from around the area). When we found our home, he helped us through the process and always kept communicating with us about it. He made the transaction very simple and stress free for my wife and I as first time buyers. He helped negotiate some changes to the house so we could avoid big spending upfront. He's also helped us a lot with ideas for the home and gave us tips to stay on a budget.
