When Mark was serving his customers he always made it a point to make sure they were satisfied. In his absence there has been a marked decline in quality. His positivity and positive quality of life is dearly missed. Please bring him back.

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Mark, he was a caring man. Definitely looked out for soldiers. Anything we needed help with or needed he got it for us. Team housing needs to bring Mr Mark back. Things were very smooth when he was there.

I have had no issues with the management and staff itself at the property I'm staying at, but DO NOT take the advertised 24/7 365 availability at face value. TWICE now, after working a 12 hour night shift, I have been locked out of my apartment at a Team Housing Solutions property with no response after leaving multiple messages. The only number they make public is their main line, so you can't contact anyone at the property directly. For context, this issue has taken place from 4:30 AM to normal business hours, so if you are looking to house day personnel, I'm sure it's a non-issue. I'm trying to be fair in spite of my current frustration with the company.
