Buyer/Seller Beware! Our experience with Jason was extremely disappointing. As first-time sellers, we trusted the guidance of our initial agent, Sylvia Collada, who overvalued our home, resulting in zero offers. Communication was poor — our calls went unanswered and voicemails were ignored. After being reassigned to Mike, we lowered the price significantly, yet still received little interest. Instead of constructive advice, we were blamed for not reducing the price further. There was a consistent lack of accountability and professionalism throughout the process. Just before our contract ended, a showing occurred without our knowledge, followed by a “take it or leave it” offer at our bare minimum price — raising serious concerns. They do not update listings for sale, at least the one listed by Alexandra Sanchez. Home that is already closed and sold is still showing as available on all platforms like Zillow/Realtor.com/Homes.com Just a great way to waste everyones time just to maybe get more calls and sell you something else. Very unprofessional and scammy to not update your sold listings as pending or sold.
