Ms Passow of TDMI does such a great job of managing her properties that the City of Springfield had to come to one of them to mow a tenants yard that was overgrown and remove trash that was piling up out in the driveway. The mailbox has fallen over into the yard and there is a leak running from the back yard onto a city sidewalk and into a neighbors yard causing an huge mess. There are also 3 dogs left unattended outside that continually bark all day and night. Good job TDMI, keep up the shotty work!

I’ve lived in one of Doug’s properties for a few years now and he’s really the best landlord. The exterior is ALWAYS taken care of, our interior issues that arise are solved super fast, he doesn’t raise rent just to make more money. Highly recommend them!

Found a place in Nixa. Was helping my brother from a move from St. Louis. Sent our IDs, applied with a co-applicant making 10x as much as rent and was approved. They then wanted to know if his rent was covered if he was unable to pay, which it was. They still denied because he “didn’t make enough”. Not to mention we applied 4 weeks ago and have been reaching out every day almost to figure out what is going on. We were under the impression it was approved and was waiting for references (which they never called). This place is a joke.

I lived in an apartment about 3 years ago and now I tried to get in touch with tdmi again to see if they had any other properties that I could rent again, so I called Melinda the so called secretary to see if there was a place to rent...But I waited for a week for her to call me back... Melinda then texted me back today and let me tell you that I am not eligible to get another place from them because of 1 month while I was renting the place that they had to chase me down for their rent payment so she didn't have the balls to call me back and say no we don't want u to rent from us because I was 3 days late and I was like no not true I have all of my money order receipts ...let me tell you how much it hurt my feelings when I always no matter what always paid my bill every freaking month huh

The lady I spoke to was completely rude and disrespectful. We filled out an application for a property and called to explain our situation because we currently live 2 hours from Springfield and are switching jobs obviously so I can't list our income. I had told her that we already have a job offer there, but apparently that isn't acceptable for them. She told me to not even apply with our co-signer because the other applicant was better than us. Our co-signer was actually going to pay the entire year's lease in advance when we moved in and the current job offer we have is making over $80,000 a year, but because she was so rude I didn't even get the opportunity to explain that to her nor did I want to.
