TCG at Corsicana

I have lived at this apartment complex for almost 3 years now. New changes have been made and apartments updated. Recently new heating and ac units installed, my apartment being one of them. Stevie truly is a wonderful big part of the management team. He has always addressed any concerns I may have had and stayed on top of until resolved. He handles all matters very professionally. Stevie can also be very understanding and easy to talk to as long as you communicate with him. Honestly just like talking to an old friend when I stop by office. I have and would refer anyone to apartment complex under the management we have at this time.

The management team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to questions or maintenance requests. Any issues I’ve had were handled promptly and respectfully. Since Stevie has taken over as property manager, he has been nothing short of amazing. He consistently goes above and beyond—not only managing the office efficiently, but also stepping in to complete work orders and truly caring about the quality of life for each resident. He pays close attention to detail and always takes the time to address residents’ concerns or issues. Stevie is easygoing, very understanding, and even offers flexibility when it comes to payments. His dedication has made a noticeable and positive difference in the community.

I visited the apartments while looking for a new home, and the Community Manager was great. He provided all the information I needed, and I’m very excited about the upcoming updates. He explained that the property is being repainted, new air conditioning units are being installed, and the plumbing is being updated.
