We bought our TB home “long distance” and had to put our trust into their word and contract. We recently closed on the home and it has truly exceeded my expectations. It’s great to see a builder who really builds a quality product and the workmanship shows the pride they take in delivering a such a product. Shane, the foreman, has been amazing to ensure everything was perfect at delivery and particularly after delivery for the little inevitable finishing touches. He addressed every detail promptly and professionally. Truly a great asset. The whole experience has truly exceeded my expectations. I have been living in a TB Homes house for over a year and it has been absolutely perfect. The whole team has been responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to many years in this home and want to thank them for taking the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.

My experience with TB Homes was not pleasant. I found them to have low morale character. I could not rely on their word. I would recommend finding a builder that has a reputation of doing what they say they will do.
