Taylor's Pond

We live in the Eno 1025 floorplan at Taylor's Pond. I highly recommend this floorplan for anyone looking to live with a roommate. The noise separation between the two levels keeps your privacy, and the more extroverted roommate can live on the ground floor and be closer to the living room. The upstairs bedroom in this floorplan serves as a really nice retreat. We have very much enjoyed living in Taylor's Pond. Neighbors are pretty friendly and quiet, and maintenance requests are handled well and by the same experienced technician (so even our dog is now comfortable with him). When things are broken, they are promptly fixed. I am not completely unhappy, but there are some serious issues. I have lived here 6 years. They refused to give me a handicapped parking space in front of my apartment, although there are 2 unused spaces accross the courtyard, that they expected me to use. They can and should be repainted for other tenants. So, we have a shortage of parking. Plus, they are in violation of ADA, which is a long story, but every other tenant in the complex that has a handicapped placard has a space in front of their door, except me. The management company does not upkeep the apartments. No painting, carpet cleaning or new appliances, even if necessary. The refrigerator is a joke, but everything has to be completely broke-down before they will even consider replacing it. This is a new experience for me, and I'

My wife and I love it here, maintenance request are handled promptly. Our neighbors here at Taylor’s Pond are friendly. I would recommend to friends and family. Management is awesome…

Taylor’s pond is a decent apartment. Aside from the goose droppings, and the pond filled with pollen that doesn’t work and The playground that is old and broken. Aside from that… the neighbors re nice. Work orders get filled quickly.

Simply put…this was a great place to live! I would move back to Taylor’s Pond with no hesitation. You’ll have to get used to seeing geese walking around, but that didn’t bother me. The area was quiet..the office staff was great…and I was blessed to have awesome neighbors! If you’re looking for a great place for yourself or you and your family…I highly recommend Taylor’s Pond!
