Bought home in Alpharetta. After the one year post closing, they seem to completely ignore any further outreaches or assistance. The on site rep advised that an issue with the curb off the driveway would be addressed. The “repair” patch is horrendous looking. I reach out to Foster and he tells me he cannot assist me and that Berkshire (the current HOA administrator) would work with Taylor Morrison Land Management to address the concern. Of course, pathetic do-nothing Berkshire says they cannot assist. I go back to Foster and crickets, no response. Folks this is the service and support you get from the Taylor Morrison Team. Now that the 11 month post closing survey is closed, they pretty much disappear and there is no accountability. Do yourself a favor and find another builder.

Unfortunately they use predatory practices to intimidate and force buyers into a situation of financial ruin. If they don't buy the home. The problem with this is the homes are built very poorly and have hundreds of serious problems from day one. The homes often need major repair within the first year.

Great experience w them. Delivered vehicle ahead of schedule. Updates were regular and kept me tuned into progress.

Maybe build goods homes first and don't sue home inspectors for showing your poor building ethics.
