My mother moved into this apartment expecting a clean and safe living environment. Unfortunately, upon move-in, the unit had a severe roach infestation. This was not a minor issue roaches were throughout the apartment, and the situation was so bad that she had to throw away personal belongings and essentially start over. She had never experienced a bug problem before living here. After moving out, her entire security deposit was withheld based on a charge that management could not point to in the signed lease. Multiple written requests were made asking for the specific lease clause or written policy supporting this charge, and no documentation was ever provided. Communication became unresponsive once documentation was requested. Advice to future tenants: always keep copies of your lease

I moved my parents in here thinking it would be a good place for them. They just moved from a four bedroom house and downgraded to An apartment. They weren’t even two months in and we are seeing roaches EVERYWHERE. We contacted management to have pest control come and thought that would help and it didn’t. This entire building is infested with roaches. It makes me sad that they don’t even disclose that at the time of signing a lease because now we’re having to throw everything away because the entire unit is infested with roaches, you see them crawling on the wall, crawling outside the front door, even in the creases of the door it’s full of them. I really would not recommend this place unless you’re used to living with roach infestations. Literally a nightmare.

New management company (Cornerstone Residential) took over here about 6 mos. ago and I am very happy with them. Samie has turned out to be an excellent Property Manager being exceptionally courteous and has been easy to work with. Maintenance has also been timely once they got caught up with issues left over from former management. Chyann, the manager of Taylor Springs (next door) also deserves a shoutout, who will also happily help out when need be. Like any apt. complex you get some bad eggs but they are dealt with so, all in all, a good place to live!

★☆☆☆☆ 1.0 WTF WAS THAT SHIT · May 2025

Too many false accusations given by tenants who think they're in charge especially Kristina and Dave. They along with the help of Wasatch managed to get people evicted for false information. Prior to this other companies have allowed them to do this to others also. This has been an ongoing non stop decades of scary things happening living here. So scary! Do not live here! Extremely childish and unstable living situations.

Favoritism and bullying by management along with threats and false evictions. Elevator not working continuously multiple times and seniors living there are trapped in the building with no way to walk using stairs because they can't. Fire hazard and death trap to disabled people living there. Jennifer is allowing tenants who are personal friends to choose who gets evicted. Leases are not being renewed yearly leaving tenants vulnerable to be easily evicted. I am pretty sure that the agency Jennifer works for managing Taylor Garden Apartments is not following HUD federal guidelines for disabled people and housing laws. Favoritism and false accusations and evictions may be unknown by her company in charge of the people who live there.
