Taylor 28 Apartments

Big thank you to the maintenance team! Austin and Jeff have done a great job with all the tasks we’ve needed done. They are prompt and have great communication. They do a thorough job to make sure the problem is fixed and respectful of our space. They are pretty much one of the few “pros” here.

I have been living at Taylor 28 for 10 months and it has been a great experience. The facilities are well maintained. I’ve never had an issue with parking, loud neighbors or any theft. We are a block from the Space Needle which made hosting people for New Years very fun. Everything downtown is with in a mile so we enjoy our walks everywhere. For sporting events it’s a quick and inexpensive Uber ride away. Here is a picture of our view from our window and from the corner of the street.

Living at Taylor 28 was one of the worst decisions we’ve ever made. From day one, it was nothing but problems — and management could not have cared less. We had an assigned parking spot that someone else constantly parked in. We reported it over and over again, and management’s response? “We can’t get in contact with them.” Are you serious? That’s your job. We paid for that spot and you let random people take it while we had to scramble for parking. Absolutely unacceptable. The office staff was completely useless. Every time we went in, they didn’t follow up. Total incompetence across the board. Then came the cherry on top — the outrageous move-out fees. We took great care of the apartment, left it clean, and didn’t cause any damage. Still got slammed with hundreds of dollars in charges

I have been living at taylor 28 for almost a year now. I was skeptical about leasing an apartment at Taylor 28 after reading reviews online but trusted judgement of my current friends living in at Taylor 28 and I wasn’t disappointed. Staff is super friendly and helpful, specially Richie. Maintenance requests are addressed super quickly. Super clean and well maintained building.

I’ve been living here for almost 4 months now, and honestly, the lack of safety and security is pretty concerning. My car has been targeted twice already, and someone even broke into the supply closet in the garage. The garage door takes forever to close, so people from the Walgreens lot can just walk right in. To make matters worse, there are no security cameras on P2 or P3. Even after reporting the attempted theft, management hasn’t done anything noticeable. I’ve stayed at other Essex properties before, but this one has by far the worst security. If you own a car or any kind of vehicle, I’d seriously recommend looking elsewhere—dealing with break-ins, insurance claims, and the stress just isn’t worth it.
