We had a wonderful experience with Shaddock buying our first home. Richard was so knowledgeable and was able to answer almost all of our questions right away when we first toured the house. Mack helped us with our walkthrough and orientation - he was very detail oriented, kind, and accommodating with our schedules. Mack and Andie also took the time to explain everything we needed to know to maintain our home which was especially helpful as first-time homeowners! I got to sign the contract with sales manager Richard Berquist last year and finally we moved in our perfect home now with my boyfriend! Our construction manager Mack McGowan did such a wonderful job on building our house. Mack and Rich would answer our questions, give their professional advice whenever we ask.
