Poorly designed building; there is zero airflow, so the fire alarms tend to go off regularly. Or they did, until management decided to charge tenants for setting off the fire alarms while cooking. We aren't sure if this is legal. There is no carpeting in the hallways, so whenever children come to visit their gran, it sounds like a stampede overhead. None of the windows open vertically. These are all "basement windows" that open a maximum of 4" at the bottom. No one uses the community room, but people will gather outside your apartment and talk. Don't dare tell them to move along, or you'll be the target of a smear campaign. Disabled minorities should avoid this place like COVID.

This is NOT strictly 62+ and non elderly disabled housing. Yes, these are all one bedroom units, but you currently have a 50/50 chance of being stuck in an empty unit next to a family of four. The property manager is an obvious GOP-er, and will make any and every excuse or concession for her fellows. To whit, there have been no repercussions in the aftermath of a felony attack by a white tenant on a BIPOC tenant; property management has openly referred to the BIPOC tenant as 'hateful' in conversations with other tenants prior to the attack. While the company that owns the property has a 'Respect is Key' policy that they require all tenants to sign and abide by (and this allegedly goes for their employees as well), in my experience, property management refuses to show respect for any tena
