Joseph Hurd was my Realtor when I purchased my home in New Braunfels. I needed a Realtor with true interest in helping me, the buyer, to buy the property, because it was a transaction pending selling my home I had in OK. The transaction took a lot longer than expected due to the OK home not selling as fast. Joe negotiated for me over and over again till I was able to complete the sell, and was able to buy the new home. The stress I would have had, wasn’t there only due to Joe. I’m very thankful and will recommend him to everyone over and over again. He cared more for me than he cared for a quick commission check! That’s rare today! Joe put up with my husband and I for several months in our house buying adventure.
