I absolutely recommend her as both a realtor and property manager! Tasha was our property manager from 2018-2021. She was extremely responsive and great to work with, especially given that we were physically on the other side of the world from her and our property during that time. She maintained an excellent relationship with both us and our tenant. She ensured our property was kept in great condition and managed the selling of it when we were ready. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is I would have liked to see more proactiveness and assertiveness when it came to dealing with maintenance contractors.
