Tara Oaks

In the course of 3 years there have been 4 different property management companies. The complex has increasingly gotten worse each time. The grounds are full or trash, parking lot gates never worked, complex cameras never worked, laundry room is always filthy and half the washers and dryers never work. The pool is never available, currently sitting with an algae bloom for over a month. Its true what they say, you get what you pay for. No one is ever on the office, emails are never responded to, and phone calls arent being returned. I had no hot water for 4 days in late January at the complexes fault and it's been 4 months with no response to a credit request. DO NOT RENT HERE unless you are desperate. Suffice to say my notice has been submitted.

Kids kicking their ball constantly not respecting people’s boundaries. Kids don’t care who lives in any unit they would start damaging it. Land lord doesn’t care never answer phone calls for Maintenance the unit we are living in is completely damaged who knows how for how long it has been decaying. I’m sure any minute now the ceiling is going to come down Another problem with this dump is roaches falling out from the ceiling and it stinks like weed all time management of the building doesn’t care they care about is money nothing else Rude apartment manager won’t do anything about this problem with delinquents. They say that I complain to much well do the damn job and there won’t be any complaints easy as that. It’s not so hard to do that

Moved in a month ago, and compared to where my husband and I used to stay, this place is very nice. I love my unit and it’s the biggest 1 bedroom units they had available. Very spacious, clean, and I like the layout. This place gets 3 stars though. I wanted to give it two, but I really enjoy my apartment and what I’ve done to it. That’s the only reason I’m adding another star. The office managers gave me and my husband the run around when we first applied and paid the deposit. They tried to overcharge us for the first month prorated rent, but good thing there’s the invention of the calculator. We got an email stating we could move in on the 17th of October, then my husband was rudely told over phone that that was “impossible”. I’ve been living in this complex for two years, and I like the community it’s small and cozy and very kid friendly. The management team is amazing anytime I need anything fixed Lupe is always there to fix it. The manager Raquel is great I know that I can always count on her if I need anything! Great job Raquel!! And keep up the good work!!! I am a very satisfied resident.

Ive been here since December, and its a completely different place. The upgrades are great!! I have seen a new and improved pool, a dope new front office, new signs, new parking spots in the front, new light fixtures, and the list goes on. When i did have a issue with the apartment the maintenance team were on top of it, and solved the issue immediately. The management team is super friendly, and approachable, and greets me with a smile. I only see Tara Oaks improving as time goes on. I definitely recommend this place.
