Tara Hills Apt Complex

Today we found out that there once again raising our rent to around $2000 when they do little to nothing around this whole entire property Inside your home when something is needing to be fixed, it takes them multiple months to even contemplate it. Outside of the building buildings, the laundry unit was down for over a month (They don’t allow in unit washers and dryer) and it has never been a problem like that in over 10 years. There is approximately 17 broken down vehicles/vehicles that are being worked on by tenants. They do nothing about it But if you park in the open spaces, they leave you a note saying if you do it again your car will be towed, except there’s Little to none open space is to be parked in. Honestly, since we’ve got the new management About five months ago I don’t think

This place absolutely suck don’t even consider it as an option for housing

Don’t expect any maintenance to be done. We got mold on our ceiling and Jim & Nacy wanted to “paint over it”. Absolutely sick and they do not care for personal health. Disgusting housing!

This place was beautiful, the manager was very helpful and friendly and I could one day see myself living there I would recommend this place to anyone!
