Tara Garden Apartments

We love this idyllic small community of wonderful neighbors nestled in Fort Smith’s Park Hill neighborhood with beautifully maintained courtyard and swimming pool. We have lived here for five years now and the apartments are large with lots of closet space inside and individual storage closet in the hallway. There is designated parking for each tenant and visitor parking spots too. Excellent managers who are located here in Fort Smith and are very responsive to needs and/or requests. Our outstanding maintenance technicians are so helpful and friendly. It’s also a beautiful and safe area for walking, bike riding, etc.

My apartment was pilfered, pilfered, pilfered, pilfered the whole time resulting in thousand of dollars in loss. Multiple lock changes by the maintenance man... even then, I often found my door unlocked and more missing. Manager is aloof and intimidating and does not want theft reported to the police and when I did, I was asked to leave...for calling the police! Domestic violence and drug use are tolerated. Not just 50+ as stated. Lots of drama from friends and family of management living on site. You will be told many residents have been here for a long time... but new owners with new management are now on site.

Was my first time there. Send to be nice and quiet and clean. Designated parking for tenants.
