I recently had a terrible experience with this management company and I feel compelled to share my story. I dealt with Melissa Alkins and a non existent Katherine Hutchinson !!! I inquired to rent w them a a decided not to after taking a second closer look at the property and the run down state it was in !!! Unfortunately for me I didn’t realize it till after I left a $375 holding deposit - it was clear that this company had no regard for their tenants or their responsibilities. Firstly, the communication from the property management team was abysmal. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone when I had questions or concerns.
