Hello, the staff here super nice. Bannel went out of her way to make sure I got the floor I wanted. Daniel and Sasha, and Ms Lopez did excellent in making sure I was ready for my move in. I’m happy I was able to get this apartment and I’ve been enjoying my stay so far.

Terrible experience. I filled out a pre approval application on Sunday and was provided a phone call (which I thought was odd because it’s usually a email provided) stating my application was denied. When I asked why, they said because of an eviction/broken lease. So I asked how old it would have needed to be for me to meet the criteria to rent. She advised before 2022. I advised that that happened in 2018. I asked to speak to the manager. Daniel got on the phone and suggested that he was the manager and that he denied it and that I’d receive an email on why. When I tried to explain the case and ask to speak to someone higher up, he told me there was no one above him and proceeded to disconnect the call. I called back to get the name of the woman who called as well as the number to corpora

Applied to this place going on 3 weeks ago they still have yet to contact me on rather or not I’ve been approved . last communication i heard back was about 2 weeks ago saying that they needed my housing voucher so i sent it over and still haven’t heard anything . Mind you im on a time limit to find a place! Keep calling and they barely answer the phone!

I filled out my application on 1/30/26 and I stop by there often just to check the status of applications and 3/2/26 and was told that I'm still in compliance. I also have dead line which is 3/31/26 which is approaching very soon. after 3/31/26 I will be homeless

Everything was welcoming and inside the apartments are very nice and roomy
