Out of all of the apartments I’ve ever lived this place was probably my favorite. It was lovely not just because it was brand new and well done and absolutely gorgeous. You could see the thought and effort they put into the amenities and shared spaces, and the details of the apartments. The property was also immaculately maintained, maintenance requests were promptly and efficiently resolved and the team took great care in the work they did treating your home like their own. Top notch maintenance staff from the lead guy and everyone he oversaw. I’m writing this glowing review even though not everything was perfect, we had some issues with the valet trash and sundry other small problems, but this property was so proactive, responsive, caring and genuinely invested in your well-being that it

Living here has truly been a great experience. The community is always clean, peaceful, and well cared for, which makes it a wonderful place to call home. I want to give special recognition to Daniel and Denis they are amazing! Always professional, kind, and willing to help, they consistently go above and beyond. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. I also really appreciate all the activities and events they organize to bring residents together. It creates such a welcoming environment and really helps build a sense of community. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and comfortable place to live!

When I say this place already feels like home, I truly mean that! and I don’t even live here yet. Between movie nights, bingo, pool parties, and all the events they host, they truly pour into their residents. I want to give a shoutout to Jason Joel Robles in the leasing office. From the first day, he has been kind, welcoming, and inclusive with everyone. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and explain things clearly. You can tell he cares about the residents, and it really improves the feeling of the community. The complex also brings in food trucks, sets up community activities, and even offers special gifts from time to time. Keep an eye on their emails and messages so you do not miss them.
