Where do I start. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming. As I am getting to know every single person in there the ladies in there from the CD àll the way down to the Leasing Specialist have been so helpful and amazing. They provided every single piece of information I needed and made my first process smooth and quick. Unfortanetly due to some personal reason after being approved I had to cancel. But looks like life had other plans for me so I came back and they are once again working for me to get move in. Thank You ladies! You all do not know what this means for me. I apprecite you all! Fingers cross we get that final approve. Cant wait to be part of the community.

Everything was great. I moved in and then I had a horrendous phone conversation with a representative named Lou. She was the most disrespectful apartment representative I’ve ever spoken to. She continuously talked over me while being repetitive. I couldn’t get a word in edge wise and when I finally spoke she accused me of talking over her. A truly unbearable person with horrific energy. I hope this was just a bad day for her but geez it was soul killing speaking to her. Not a good employee.

Lou has been the most amazing to work with. She made sure I got everything done and verified upon move in. The apartments are gorgeous inside & out with some awesome amenities. We love our new home and can not to decorate!

I was referred by a friend to talk to Lou. When I went in. I spoke with a lady and told her my friend sent me to talk to Lou, the lady said well that's great. She never gave me her name so I couldn't even tell you who she was. But she went on to explain to me that all their apartments were based on income except the income bracket that I fall under doesn't even matter and that they don't have any at my income price. And so I would have to pay $312 extra dollars as if I was in a higher pay bracket. I can't afford that because it's based off of income and my income does not allow me to spend an extra $312 a month. Then she went on to say well but you don't pay for water and you get a washer and dryer in your unit. I own a washer and dryer and not paying for water is not $312 worth. So needle

Lou is absolutely in over her head :( I came to tapestry with the intention of looking at a one bedroom apartment almost had to beg her to show one of them:( she has no people skills :-( when I left I had a massive headache OMG it's not like she was under a lot of pressure the place is empty.
