She was quick to send over postings after they were uploaded and we were usually touring the house within the next day or two. While touring houses, Tania was not pushy in trying to sell something, rather she was focused on finding the right place for us for the right price. Tania helped my husband and I search for the perfect home for us. It was a difficult process and we were denied many times for a mortgage but she helped us through the process and was very kind and patient as we were new to this whole thing. After 16 years, I was relocating from Washington state back to Wisconsin. Traveling was tough, the market was so hot that houses would sell long before I had any chance of booking a flight to actually come see them. Tania was my eyes and ears on the ground. She is an excellent communicator and took care of everything for me. We 'FaceTimed' our way through quite a few houses and after a few un-successful offers, we got an accepted one.
