Ms. Kathy is a wonderful asset to this company she is well knowledgeable of the property..if you have any questions she is ready and available. It was really nice working with her..yall come in see her she’s the BEST!!!

My experience with registering for an apartment at Tanglewood was GREAT and friendly. Ms Kathy’s customer service was delivered with compassion. She is truly an advocate for customer service. She served me as if it was a #1 priority in making sure she met my needs. She explained the policy, terms and conditions and she made sure I understood everything. Ms Kathy is such a sweetheart that cares about the tenants. Thank you Ms Kathy for all your hard work.

I've been in this apartment for a year, and Miss Kathy is a big reason why. She's an exceptionally kind person who put me at ease when I applied. Getting accepted on the same day was a huge relief. She consistently makes my day brighter. You're lucky to have someone as wonderful as her working for you.

Living at Tanglewood is great. I have lived here for over 13 years. Mrs. Kathy has been awesome. The staff has been great as well. Whenever I come to the office Kathy would greet me with a smile. She is wonderful and I am glad she works at Tanglewood.
