Tanglewood Apartments

I just renewed my lease here. The management and maintenance teams have always been polite and helpful. The complex is safe and clean. I've enjoyed creating a home here for my family and me.

I just moved in to a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It is clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. There is plenty of parking close to the unit, and there is a lovely pool, laundry area (no coins, you use your phone which is great), and a cute 24 hour fitness room. I noticed there were plenty of electrical outlets throughout the apartment, 3 phone jacks and 3 cable jacks. The apartment already had an internet modem, so I just had to plug it in and log in through my internet provider and I was immediately online. There is also a Cox Communications hot spot available. The flooring is very nice and appears to be new. Kitchen appliances are up to date, and the HVAC unit and water heater look well maintained. I lived here for a year. It’s a safe and convenient area that is very close to all your shopping needs. I would walk my dog every morning in the neighborhood next door and everyone was friendly. Apartment was clean and nice. Everybody kept to themselves and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice neighborhood, I always felt safe. Ashley is a wonderful manager and was always very prompt and kind. Maintenance guys were very nice and always fast. Great place to live!

While living in Oklahoma, my husband and I were looking for a permanent residence in Pensacola and after what seemed like thousands of phone calls, we found Tanglewood Apartments. Jordan and Tiffany were wonderful to deal with and answered all our questions honestly and with full disclosure. They sent us pictures of the actual apartment we moved into because we were moving into it sight unseen. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the complex is well maintained, from the clean laundry room and gym to the sparkling pool area and parking lot. Since we've been here we've had 1 maintenance issue which was dealt with promptly and professionally. Jordan and Tiffany are always cheerful and pleasant and a joy to speak to.
