Ms.Sharon has been extremely helpful with all of my questions and help finding a home. The maintenance guy Eric also seems very knowledgeable about the property and helped to get my unit in order. They also have a great spectrum rep who got my transfer done the very same day!!

As a recent former tenant of 3yrs I have to say I'm greatly disappointed of how much and how fast this apartment complex went down hill. It is supposed to be a gated community, but the gate has been broken more than it has worked in my time there. The pool has not been open the past 3 seasons and has so been shut down by the city at least once. The quality of the apartments are no where near what they are asking for them and rent has been raised by at least 7% each year. They have gone through several property managers in the time I was there, but the only bright spot in management is Sharon. Sharon goes above and beyond and has for years. She foes the majority of the work in the office and, in my opinion, she should be the property manager with her depth of knowledge and very pleasant de

I’ve been here since November. The staff is extremely helpful. Take the time to listen and give fantastic solutions. My apartment was clean and ready when I moved in. I really enjoy it here so far.

Besides being told I would have a few things that I didn’t get and having a few minor fixable things everything is great I love it here already Ms Sharon in the rental office is so nice sweet and kind she was very understanding with me I really excited for this journey here. Thank you Ms Sharon and Tanglewood oh and my neighbor is very nice as well. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Maintenance arrived only one day after I submitted a request. Maintenance was very professional and did a fantastic job.He was very polite and courteous and follow ed instructions on entry into the apartment. 👍
