Tangerine Hill Apartments

We lived here for 5 years and had termites the entire time, they would treat them by drilling wholes in the walls and pouring some powder stuff down the whole, but the never patched the wholes. They ended up in my antique bedroom furniture and had to get rid of the set. We moved out when we found out they were giving notices to those who lived in our dated apartments so they could remodel and charge more for rent. After that seeing the rent $1700 for a 2 bed 1 bath with no amenities besides a run down tennis court and only four laundry rooms (each room only having 2 washers and 2 dryers) for the entire complex is a little outrageous. They even filled in the swimming pool not that it was ever open anyways.

the new owners are money hungry. because how do you make a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment almost 1000 a month. I would understand if it were bigger but this apartment is the size of a 4x4 lego piece. this is not New York city. plus its also roach infested.

I lived here for 5 years. The first 2 were great apart from the homeless people constantly going through the trash and walking around on the property. Then they started increasing the rent, even though they cut down on the security guard presence (to save money) and refused to fix minor repairs. At one point my electrical for the outside light went out (I lived on the second floor) they blew off fixing it for 2 month. It was finally fixed when I called and told the property manager that if my son fell and broke his leg in the dark that I would be suing them. The blinds broke in my living room and they refused to replace them. I rented from Tangerine Hills Apartments. I lived here for 3 years. The second month I moved in I noticed my bathroom ceiling had mold. Throughout the 3 years I told the manager about the bathroom ceiling maybe about three times a year . In those 3 years someone came and looked at it and said no big deal. They sealed a part around it. One morning I woke up to my bathroom ceiling caving in from the upstairs apartment. With a leak. Of course management was not available. There's a number left on the office that I had to call. I called that number and spoke to someone,an they told me someone from their company would go by . No one came that day.
