Original Review, one star, 12/1/25: "I'm sure Tang and his team are great people to work with overall. However, as of November 2025 his team is proposing to cut down a 140 year old walnut tree in my neighborhood in order to fit 4 units onto a lot. It's likely they could save the tree by putting in 3 units instead. This decision makes it clear that the well being of the neighborhood and its climate resilience does not align with their values. Please consider doing business elsewhere" EDIT 12/19/25: Tang has since contacted me and other advocates for the walnut tree in my Seattle neighborhood and is agreeing to reduce the number of units on this lot in order to save the tree. This is amazing news (and almost unheard of in the Seattle urban tree advocacy spheres). Please keep his team's comm
