Be careful with this place Tami is not a very good property manager. When they are issues with the property that you are renting she takes time to try to fix them she fixes the “Mickey mouse style” with she has called many times with owner. Were in a property in Jurupa Valley and she named it the Mickey Mouse house because everything was fixed that way. That property had leaks popping up like every six months which not our fault. Just to let you all know there as one from the few last ones that happened coming from the main line to the property and she was told that they had to replace it and fix correctly what she did with approval from the owner was to put plumbing glue and that should work because they chose not to spend the couple thousands to fix right and not have that issue again, m

I'd like to start with I am using my sons account as I am not able to sign in with my Google account... Also on Yelp, they have their employees leaving 5 star reviews (very tacky)! It took me 2 weeks to get someone to show me a property I wanted to look at to lease. The property was advertised for over 70 days (home owners beware). I finally was able to see it, and I put in an application. I reached out a few days later to see how it was going, and was told, via text, they would check with Tammy. A few days later, I call to ask again and I'm told that they don't always get back to people if they were not selected. I'm sorry...WHAT? They just leave possible tenants hanging... I was then told that they had picked a tenant, and they did not know who it was or even if that person had been

I found Tammi on Zillow. The whole process was easy. I lived in the property for 2 years. Her service was always nice and professional. At the end of my contract I vacated and received my deposit in the mail in a couple of days. Overall good experience and I would recommend her.

Tammi is always helpful and courteous!!! I'm thankful that my daughter lives in an apartment managed by Tammi,I know her home is safe and Tammi always takes care of the tenants needs!!!

If you’re looking for a sign of whether or not to rent from this business.... this is it!!! Run far and fast from this place or have your hard earned money stolen.
