Tamarisk Villas Apartments

Horrible horrible horrible. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. They NEVER answer the phones. People who do show up on site are rude. Apartments are small. Property is not taken care of so bad that the residents there and next door have nothing good to say. If you have other options take them and dont bother here.

Manager has poor work ethic. She does not know how to communicate properly. It took her 3 weeks to do a simple application process, and she still never completed the task. She is very rude, as well as her husband he answered her phone calls and called me a LIAR. She needs more help in that office because she does not work well under pressure, it's very hard for her to multitask. Everything bothers her, when it's honestly simple communication between manager, and tenant. I decided I didn't even want the apt she was so rude and could not do her files right.

Tamerisk new manager gave me a move in date for Friday March 10th. Keep in mind I had been next to move in for 7 months. Having all that time to run my background. They didn’t they gave me a move in date and I was setting up to move in. Called me LAST minute literally an denied me. Now we’re homeless again. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE. MANAGEMENT IS TRASH

I'll respectfully withhold such details, not that they're deserving of it(believe me), I Am doing it for myself and not so much them. In lieu of a detailed written experience I leave you with my rating....(negative)-☆... Negative Star rating that is!

No management the air conditioning doesn't work right they have no maintenance man
