Tamarack Place

I recently toured this apartment complex and had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, Evelyn was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was very informative. I highly Recommend talking with her! Also, the property itself was well maintained and very inviting, I am genuinely looking forward to moving here.

It's clean beautiful living spaces and bug and mouse/rat free. Friendly people in the office very comfortable environment.

Don't rent here. They change management like you change your underwear. The rent is extremely high, they always in your apartment claiming pest control, they don't spray they steal. Not a good company to rent from. Please if you have a choice don't choose Tamarack.

My lease is almost up I’ve been here since 2025 the office lady with the glass is nice but the other rude she accused me of messing around with the maintenance worker because apparently he said to her I flirt with him and ever and when I first moved there was filth on the ground and roaches in the cabinets i clean all of it even tho they needed to do that and don’t recommend she chose favorites I feel uncomfortable and I never want to stay here don’t recommend anyone livening here she called me crazy have you seen you eyes popping out when u said that and want to call me crazy

I recently moved in and I love it. My apartment has a large bathroom and nice kitchen. The grounds are kept up due to what I have seen is an amazing maintenance crew. I had 2 issues when I moved in. And as soon as I asked about it... They fixed it fast. IDK why some people on here are downing this place. I'm happy
