This place is dreadful. Been sold so many times. Management doesn't get things fixed. I have no choice to live here. Where do I start? To many issues. Please consider carefully before you move here. The answer I get with concerns tomorrow. My doorknob just fell out and no way to feel safe no security no on call maintenence. It was fixed the next day had to sleep with no safe environment. No working washer n dryers the plumbing goes into your tub, electrical needs work ac doesn't always work caused our light bill go up to 190 for a one bedroom. The stove caught fire yes fire they still haven't replaced. The oven caught fire. Yes fire. Alot of unsafe things. The wood is rotting outside waiting for it to collapse. All issues have been addressed but all they want is rent. I don't even want to

Please do not spend your money here. I am still living here with my husband, and most of us living here have found it to be a nightmare. Not only is it bug infested, but concern for tenants’ rights and well-being is also terrible. The property manager always complains about tenant concerns. We noticed water pooling in our bedroom ceiling; we mentioned our concern and were told that there were no water pipes there, even though we later discovered that the wall was wet and soft to the touch. Our fear of the ceiling collapsing was dismissed as, “Not going to happen.” My husband and I came home from Dallas after having moved in for only a month to a caved in ceiling. She was gaslighting us insinuating that we were overreacting. We noticed water pooling in the bathroom after that and she told

Landlord won’t ever return deposit no matter how clean you have it. Big bug issue at these apartments but hardly ever fumigate. Also have proof of mold in the bathroom and their fix was to paint over it. Also washers and dryers don’t work well, very old.

Lived there for a year, forced to move from one unit to another due to the ceiling collapsing in the bedroom a month after moving in. The property manager was made aware of water pooling up, but dismissed our claim as there are no water pipes in that area and asked if we sprinkled water up there. The incompetence of Norma the property manager made living there unbearable as many other problems came up. Such as bee and cockroach infestation, old ac units that break down, and then construction crews making a lot of noise since they failed some inspection or and had to make big fixes that they likely were neglecting for years. Carol is one of the most wonderful landlords I have ever had! I love that the dog park is right across the street, the neighborhoods nearby are nice, never had a problem with neighbors, the pool is always clean, the complex is well kept, pets are openly welcome, never had a bug issue, maintenance has never failed me (record time responses), everything is in great condition. It's a great location too! Carol will make sure you are taken care of and wants you (and your pets) to be happy <3 Zero complaints.
