Tally Square Apartments

I found Tally Square apts through Google search. The online application process was fairly easy and approval was gotten within a few days. I moved from Utah to Tallahassee and flew down for a few days after I signed the lease. I worked with a leasing agent on the phone and when I arrived, his name is Desmond. This man is extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond in helping me. The property manager Amber has been helpful too but most of my contact has been with Desmond. I am now fully moved in and looking to keep what has been a positive experience stay positive. I would like to be able to live here a long time.

My fiancé and I found Tally Square apartments via a Google search. We signed our lease last week and have been moving in slowly. Desmond is wonderful he’s been so helpful with the entire process. He’s very kind, and so understanding of my son. My son is a little bit wild and loud and was running around during our tour, Desmond didn’t even blink an eye about it. We look forward to being completely moved in soon. ❤️

I see I had a response to my previous comment and response was A LIE. I’ve called the office multiple times ( talked to management and left voicemails) about these dogs and they are still running around without leashes.You can also come around almost anytime around 5 30 to 6 and most likely see these BIG DOGS off leashes running around the townhouse section. last time I called to report I was asked who I was. only concern should be these LOSE DOGS. Which if there really are cameras out here you can SEE THEM running around. And I’ve also yet to see any TEXT go out about LEASH RULES or FINES about it.

TOWNHOUSE section in the complex residents let their kids around all night. The adults also seem to think it's fine to let their pitbulls and rottweilers run round with NO LEASHES. Which if I get attacked by any animals I will be suing . Area is getting very HOOD ( IMO) there was almost a fight between adults and some of the kids last week. People/ kids sitting and posted up on your steps (even the animals now ) when they don't live in EITHER house. I've had people I never spoke to before LEANING ON MY CAR multiple times. Kids have wrote on my car as well. Not to mention all kinds of ball thrown around the cars to.

Desmond made it easy and effortless to transition into my new home. The team was also nice and easy to talk to with bubbly personalities in the office. The Unit I have is solid and perfect for my needs! Neighborhood is quiet.
