Tallgrass Apartments

I lived here for three years and had a great experience. Maintenance is incredibly responsive — most issues are resolved within 24 hours. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well-kept. The pool is always clean, and they recently added a dog park and opened a second pool, which has been a great addition. There are bugs, but they come out and spray - the location is right next to a field so not much they can do about it. Management is fair, reasonable, and truly understands what good tenant care looks like. When I moved out, they returned my full deposit — which is rare in my experience. Other places always seemed to find something to charge for, but here, they recognize that normal wear and tear is part of living. I highly recommend this community.

Staff is great. Maintenance is not bad but I worked as a carpenter for a while on commercial buildings and the work is shotty at best nothing crazy just things not being level, corners not meeting the right way, just looks cheap once you have been in the apartment for a month, pools are great, trash is a bit of a drive from the back buildings tho. And sucks being on the bottom floor, anytime someone walks up the stairs you HEAR it.

I loved my experience here! No bugs. The layout of my apartment makes sense. A very good price for a newer apartment. Maintenance handled situations quickly. I never noticed my neighbors noises but maybe I got lucky.

Moved in immediately after the unit was completed and there were immediately several issues. Ceiling fans were not properly secured to the ceiling, nails were not fully nailed into the patio, poor attachments of outlet covers and generally messy hardware installation. Maintenance does a good job, but I have had to follow up on several submitted work orders after not hearing anything for over a week at times. Leasing office is nice, but whenever there was an issue they respond very robotically and never follow up. My downstairs neighbor works for the leasing office, and if there was ever an issue, instead of addressing it in a neighborly manner, I would receive a notice stating the leasing office had "received a complaint". I was also not notified or asked to sign when there was an occupan

We love our new apartment!!! Everything is new and beautiful and bright. Our favorite thing is all the natural light that comes in. Although it’s a lot smaller from the apartments we came from the layout makes the flow of the apartment seem bigger. Staff and maintenance are always friendly and respond very quickly. We also feel a lot safer being right next door to the police department and the outside of the buildings are well lit at night. Highly recommended moving here!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
