Tallassee Place Mobile Home Park

Highly Recommended. I very much enjoyed our stay here with our three dogs! We stayed for a little over a month in our fifth wheel. The place is clean, they do yard maintenance regularly and the owner was extremely friendly and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns (there were zero concerns, only a few different questions asked and answered immediately) Regarding the previous review about the owner, I am fairly certain that this place is under new ownership. Any one star reviews must have come as "revenge" reviews towards the previous owner or people who had issues with paying. I would definitely park my camper here again if I'm back in the area!

Tallassee Place has been a great place to live during my stay. The park management is professional, informative, reasonable and responds quickly to any concerns. The park is very clean and well taken care of. The 2bed 2bath I rented was the perfect size for my daughter and I. Everything was in good condition I had no complaints.

Very nice owner. Easy to communicate with and keep the property maintained, mowing, trash, ect.

Sister lived here for a shot time... current owner doesn't care for their tenants at all. The trailer she rented was so nasty! No AC, the front door didn't even shut, her hot water heater went out and they wouldn't fix it plus it smelled awful!
