Talison Row at Daniel Island Apartments

I’m not one to write reviews, but felt like it was necessary here. I recently moved in and everything has far exceeded my expectations! My unit was in great condition when moving in, almost brand new; and for the minor things that needed to be fixed I received timely maintenance; Ray did a great job! Brielle and Tiffany have been very kind and easy to work with and continued communication throughout the whole process before moving in! The details in the unit make it obvious that things were well thought out and not a typical quick build. The property seems to be well maintained as well! Looking forward to living here and continuing to enjoy it! And no I was not paid for this, just genuinely impressed and wanted to give the kudos where it’s deserved! The property is absolutely amazing. Every detail throughout the building has clearly been chosen with care, and the amenities far exceeded my expectations. It's evident that the design was thoughtfully created to bring ever luxury detail. The tour itself was a wonderful experience -from the warm welcome by the leasing specialist to the entire walkthrough with Tiffany. Touring with Tiffany truly highlighted the high level of service the leasing office provides. She was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough - answering all of my questions, giving me time to reflect, and showing multiple units so I could get a clear sense of the floor plans that interested me. Needless to say I highly recommend this beautiful apartment complex.

Beautiful property, very professional staff. I was greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Brielle was was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. The only reason why I didn't lease from Tallison Row was my company changed my relocation to Florida. Brielle did mention they had properties in Florida also, however my company owned a home that I'd be going into. Thank you very much for your time, patience and kindness. Tallison Row is lucky to have you.

I recently moved into the complex after looking around at multiple locations. Tiffany was fantastic and a huge help with the entire process. She was very attentive and easy to get ahold of. I would recommend talking to her if you are considering the move!

I’ve lived at Talison going on 5 years and couldn’t be happier living here! It’ll be a sad day if I ever have to leave. I rarely have issues with the property or my unit but when I do, they’re always promptly and courteously addressed. Now on to the biggie, the newly updated dog park, we LOVE it!! I know it was a big task (see before pic below!) but I think Kayla did an excellent job getting the park redone, beautifully and in record time! Not only does my dog absolutely beg to go out there daily, and we do, with a large group of other dog parents daily, but the redo has helped tremendously with the standing water that previously collected around the park. Thanks to Kayla and team for thinking about the human and furry residents at Talison, we appreciate you!
