Do NOT attempt to borrow through this person nor organization! He consistently over-promises and under-delivers. I attempted to obtain a mortgage through him with a 30-day timeline. On day 28 after consistently promising me he could get approval, he asked me to ask for a 5 day extension under my contract. At that point, on the final day, after I had to keep following up with him, he delivered the news that he couldn't get approval (because of the building, not because of me as the borrower). I escalated to his manager, Paul Loflin, who equally lacks in follow through. There is no accountability nor care for clients at this institution. I was so disappointed through the whole process that I'm leaving Chase behind, across all accounts and loans that I have with them!
