Warning - Tailwind Apartments is not 'pet friendly', they are only dog friendly. They use vague and misleading language on their website and never mention that they ONLY allow dogs and no other animals. After submitting and paying for an application and providing the proper documents for my cat, which fit into the pet requirements on their website, I was told that they specifically do not allow cats. The specific exclusion of all other animals besides dogs is not listed properly, especially in comparison to other complexes that are actually 'pet friendly'. The staff has been nice and responsive, just beware of and double-check all of the wording that this complex uses so you don't fall for their false advertising as I did.
