I stayed at a picturesque A-frame house in Lake Tahoe the summer of 2022. It was very affordable with million dollar view. Unfortunately the interior hadn’t been updated since the 1960s and the furniture was backbreaking uncomfortable. There were cobwebs all over the house, and the deck was absolutely filthy. I had to scrub it down several times to be able to sit on the furniture. I also had to put the cushions in the washing machine myself. I gave an honest two star review on Vrbo & it was posted there for a while, but its been removed from VRBO which is VERY shady. It’s really unfortunate that my honest review of this terribly tacky and uncomfortably furnished rental was removed by this agency. Buy a new freaking living room set a furniture for this house. Unbelievable.

We rented Bearing Ranch property for 4 nights in August. We arrived at the house in the evening after a long day of traveling. The house was a complete disappointment for the price they were charging, it was gloomy, dark and full of really old stuff, broken things and warning signs about not to do this, or to do that or you'd be charged, a disaster of a yard full of spiky weeds and hazards, and next to a full on, active construction site 12 feet from the front porch. We were woken up at 6am and noise went until 6pm, trucks coming and going all day long, workers sitting at the edge of our yard smoking during breaks. When we called to complain, they claimed to know nothing about it. Ultimately after much back and forth, they said at most they could offer 10% rate reduction which they never

Our recent stay at Tahoe Moon Property was delightful! It is a perfect location for exploring the Lake Tahoe area with hiking trails, beaches and restaurants all close by. The house was clean, comfortable and the outdoor spaces were great. We were traveling with a small dog and we were thrilled to find so many dog friendly restaurants with welcoming patios in the area. You will love this spot!

We just returned from a weeklong stay at Highlands Lodge and absolutely loved it! After a change of plans with our original reserved location, the Tahoe Moon Properties staff was very responsive and helpful with finding us a new place, and Highlands Lodge was perfect for our family. The location was excellent, the home was clean and well-stocked with essentials, and the hot tub was such a fun amenity! We will definitely be back—hopefully soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Tahoe Moon properties. The house had a very nice layout and was in good order when we arrived. It was very peaceful and located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a peek view of the lake through the trees. We had a few questions and the agency promptly replied. We would definitely use Tahoe Moon again
