Tahitian Terrace Apartments

I lived here a few years ago. I was in a two bedroom apartment and it was HUGE! There was a washer/dryer in unit, and there was a private patio. The patio was also massive. The only time I noticed the walls being "paper thin" was in the morning. I could hear my neighbors alarm go off. The biggest negatives for me, which might not really affect others, is that it was freezing cold all year long (and so am I) and there was no bathtub, but a gigantic step down shower. Location, great. Size, great. I just wanted to be warmer.

Hum? These apartments look upscale but they are not. Love the location. You are right by a Wells Fargo, Safeway, Pub, and McMinnivans. But the walls are paper thin (could hear neighbors love making activities) and you do not get a lot for the money you spend. You would be better going down the road and getting more for your hard earned paycheck

Happy to live here. Yes, the complex is older but because of the construction, less prone to mold than the newer places nearby. Each unit has either a deck or a patio. I feel safe here and as a non driver the location is pretty good.

This is and will be my favorite apartment. It's super spacious, great appliances, and very safe location. I was in a 2 bedroom and one bath and all the rooms are huge and our livingroom was bigger. I'm going to miss this place.
